I am a dual American and Dutch citizen, with 20+ years of US and Pan-European HR, management, coaching and training experience. 

My experience includes 10 years leading people and virtual teams in Director and Senior Management roles, 17 years as an employee with Microsoft, Deloitte, and The Rotterdam School of Management, and 5000+ hours coaching and training people around the world.

As a cross-cultural communications expert with a deep understanding of human development and behavior, I help people achieve more in their roles and grow into even more successful leaders.  

I was recognized as one of the 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders in 2017, and also received awards from Microsoft and Crown Relocations for my work as a coach and leadership development facilitator. 

I have coached and trained hundreds of leaders at ING, Microsoft, Unilever, Philips, LEGO, and more- helping them determine what they need - and what they can do - to thrive at work and in life.

I was Microsoft’s Global Learning & Development team’s in-house Master Facilitator for three years. In that role, I coached 75 leaders and managers in a virtual 1:1 environment and travelled to 21 countries to deliver 100+ days of management skills training and Train the Trainer programs. I left this employee position to develop my own private practice, and continue to provide training and coaching services regularly for Microsoft (face to face and in virtual classrooms) as an external supplier.

I was also a Faculty Member facilitating ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited Coach Training program for The MMS Worldwide Institute. In that role, I trained, assessed, coached and mentored coaches-in-training.
